Rachelle writes...I saw Taufik at his Police Divison D&D... was like loss of words due to over excitement... I didnt even dared to talk to him, so I asked my fren who brought me to D&D to ask him if I can take a pic of him.. and he answered yes immediately... So friendly and yet surprised he answer so fast... Can feel my heart almost dropping out.. and the worse is I forget to even thanx him after taking pic.. Would like to take this opportunity to thanx him here... Just couldnt describe my feeling at that time.. Cheers for Taufik... Luv Rachelle... (^-^)

Hao writes....Hmm, i was with my friends last sunday (5/12/04) at orchard. I was walking around Wistma Atria, suddenly, i recieve a fone call from my friend, she's working at a Fun fair in orchard. She told me she saw Taufik! I became excited and rush all the way back to the fun fair. I couldn't find Taufik, hey i was really dissapointed then. Perhaps he's gone, or perhaps my fren just saw the wrong person i thot.. At this moment, one of my frens spotted him!! I became sooo happy!! =D He was with a girl, they were buying tickets for a ride. Then, he sat the ride.. after tat, when he came down, I rush towards him an took a pic with him and shook his hands! He's sooo cool! Taufik just rocks. After tat he left. I have submitted the picture too. k tats all. heehee.. Bubbyes =oP

Hrmm....Taufik was invited as a guest artist recently in Brunei Akira Talentime. I knew he was coming through the radio. So yeah..i went there just to see Taufik perform live actually..hehehe..

Taufik sang 3 songs from his latest album. After the event, everyone was rushing to the stage to take pictures with Taufik. I was one of them also..hehe..I get through the crowds but unlucky me I didn't get to take pictures with Taufik..

They said Taufik had to meet the guest of honour 1st and asked all of us to wait for him outside..

Then after waiting for quite a while..I saw Taufik on his way out from the studio. I was so glad that we were allowed to take pictures with him before he went to Orchid Garden hotel. So yeah..i was pretty much excited that I get to talk with Taufik, take pictures with him and shakes hand with him. While i was standing at the door waiting for my brother to pick me up, once again, Taufik was there right in front of me and he smiled saying BYE..whoa..really2 great experienced.hope to meet him again someday..

On Friday night, I called up the radio station, (PILIHAN FM) to talk to Fik ~ I was actually very nervous!!!! Hahaha…

I can’t believe I did get thru the lines after trying for quite sometime… I didn’t answer the question…too bad! If not I cant get extra cd! Hahaha… the questions were easy so I guess I can give away the cd to someone else… =) actually, it was my first time ever calling a radio station! THANX TO MR FRIDAY NIGHT (hahahaha…that’s okay for mistakenly says my name!!! lol. Apology accepted!! [thanx, for joining the forum btw…hahahaha)AND FIK himself!!!! =D

The next day, my two friends (Azeem and Dayah) and I went to RTB for the Talentime. We got to seat 3 rows from the stage! So it’s kinda easy to record taufik’s performance eventho’ it’s not full as the cam’s memory is low… =( Fik did a duet ‘Slow Jam’ with my ex-secondary school senior (I was actually jealous cos she got to sing with Fik!!)… hahah…

After the show ended my friends and I ran to the backstage with the help of Azeem’s dad. I talked to Fik and sent all the forumners regards ;D

I did take some pictures of him. He looks so stunning with white and he’s tall!!!! Very friendly indeed… my friend was not a big fan of him actually but her perception of Fik has changed since…

On Sunday, I went to the airport for a final goodbye. He has this fatherly hood figure playing with the RTB guy lil son. So cute you noe.. hehehe.. Mr Friday Night was also there =D we took photos again… Min is so sweet and cute! But yeah she doesn’t like to take photos..=) hehehe

I hope he and Min had fun staying in Brunei. Both of them had been very nice and friendly… wish they can stay a lil bit longer to have a tour around Brunei but yeah there will always be the other time… don’t forget next year is the ‘VISIT BRUNEI 2008’!!!

It was a great experience to meet Taufik in person at Tanjung Belungkur. It was such a pleasant surprise. From what I can see , he is such a humble person. He willing to spare some time to take pictures with his fans. For that, I truly admire his character. Support Local talent y'all! :-) -Noorul
